I’ve been seeing Kasandra at Renewing Wellness with Kasandra for upper cervical & stiffness following a complete laminectomy that didn’t heal properly and has been diagnosed as “kyphosis”. I much more mobility in my neck and decreased pain and stiffness. My fibromyalgia symptoms are much improved as well and I’m taking a lot less medication.
