Business Policies

Cancellation Policy:  

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but I kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to schedule in other clients.

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice: No charge.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice: A fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged if the appointment is not refilled by therapist or client.

Payment Policy

Payment is required at time of treatment. I do not provide free consultations. I do not consult out of my office without a client intake form filled out and signed. All scheduled out of office consults require payment at time if scheduling. If you have questions about what I do please ask, but remember I do not consult on personal conditions without a signed client intake form filled out.
I accept cash, credit cards, checks and electronic payment methods such as Venmo. 

I do provide gift certificates.

Hygiene and Health Precautions:

For the safety and comfort of both clients and myself, I ask that you maintain good personal hygiene and health. If you are feeling unwell, have a contagious illness, or have any skin conditions or open wounds, please reschedule your appointment for a later date.

I reserve the right to refuse service if I believe it’s the best thing to do. 

Inappropriate Behavior Policy:  

Respect and professionalism are priority to my business. Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexual advances, lewd comments, or any form of harassment, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. In the event of such behavior:

• The session will be immediately terminated.
• The client will be asked to leave the premises.
• Law enforcement may be notified if necessary.
• No refunds will be provided for the terminated session.
