About me
Let me start out mentioning that I am a certified holistic health practitioner of 25 years offering Bowen Therapy & Reiki and Holistic Health advising. I take into account the body's whole energetic system; the mind, body, spirit and the energies that connects us to our environment. I am definitely not a medical doctor or medical practitioner even though I have a lot of experience with helping medical conditions. I do not diagnose.
I have always had an interest in healing and the energetic processes of healing and recovery. I have experienced firsthand illness and healing and the dynamics of how the body has the innate power to heal and restore itself. The trick is to provide it with the necessary nutrients and energy and get out of its way through proper sleep and states of mind.
I always loved activity and exercise from a young age and loved learning how and why the body functions through my experiences. My children and I we joined a martial arts school(dojang) and it at this dojang I deepened my learning about energy, projecting energy, deflecting energy and healing energy through movement and focus. Kind of like the saying where your mind goes the energy goes.
It was at this dojang I took my first Bowen training course from Raymond Augustyniak. I continued training and practicing Bowen Therapy until I passed the final exam and received my certification. Then from there I continued advanced trainings. I also added other trainings in therapeutic massage, Reiki to master level, energy reading, meditation, medical qiqong, reflexology, tuina, deep tissue, facial acupressure and lots more.
Throughout all of my body & energy work trainings and working with clients I also pursued nutrition training and learning what foods help nourish the body properly. Please read below for a time stamp of my evolvement as a holistic healing practitioner.
My Trainings and Certifications

From 1982 - Present I have taken many college and online courses, focusing on the human body and how it works like biology, chemistry, human anatomy and physiology. I excelled in anything to do with digestion and assimilation and the chemistry it produces. For nearly 40 years I have taken many courses with certifications in Nutritional food healing programs. From Keto with Dr. Eric Berg protocol coaching certification to certification as a detoxification specialist thru Dr. Robert Morse ND raw food/high fruit detoxification diet with herbal protocols, to carnivore elimination lion diet and pretty much anything in between including functional medical therapies and testing. Throughout all the courses and self-experimentation I have gained a lot of knowledge and insight. I bring all this experience and knowledge when working with my clients. The key is lower inflammation and following thru with the proper human diet and not falling into false belief patterns of what has been normalized by society.
1996 Started training in the Martial Arts with a Korean martial art called Kuk Sool Won and then Kuk Sul Do which I finally achieved a black belt in 2006. I also studied arnis, tae kon do, grappling, short and long stick, sword and numchucks. I learned about moving energy to prevent harm and to cause harm, with emphasis on preventing combative situations. Our grandmaster would teach us healing techniques.
1999 I learned Medical Qigong The Primordial. A gentle and very effective routine that brings energy into the body. Heals blockages and brings strength to the body, mind and spirit. I also learned the basics of Tui na which is a form of bodywork from China which works directly with the life force energy of the body often call “chi”. It’s bodywork similar to qigong. I learned from the late Dr. Bingkum Hu in Berkeley, CA.

I began my learning and became certified in Sundo a Taoist meditation practice. I also began implementing their unique system of Sasang a Korean system of understanding the energetics of foods and how it best suits certain body types.
2002 - present I trained and became certified in The Bowen Technique from Australia as they called it back then. A couple of years later I got certified in the Advanced trainings offered directly by Ossie and Elaine Reutish, the couple who knew and trained under Tom Bowen. I continued with refresher modules and advanced modules. I also expanded my Bowen training by learning from Ron Weaver who worked with Milton Albrecht, the first person to learn and bring Bowen Therapy to United States in Neveda City, CA. I continued to expand my knowledge in advance techniques in Bowen Therapy and have been fortunate to have opportunities to teach as well.
2003 I trained and received certification in Swedish massage, reflexology, acupressure, and deep tissue. I trained at Chico Therapy Wellness and Massage School headed by Mike Metzger. The school is now closed unfortunately.
2003 - present I trained and became Master/teacher certified in traditional Usui Reiki. I trained under the late Bejay Moore and the late Jan Wright in Chico, CA. Reiki is a method of hands on healing that teaches how to focus energy for healing purposes, teaches about the quantum field, and how to connect to divine love. It's a great healing method for self healing and healing others. Reiki can be used for clearing negative energy from spaces, pets, items, people and long distance(remote viewing/space/time no limitations).
2004 to present I have continued to expand my knowledge into the quantum world studying intuitive development into reading energy, psychic reading, developing inner knowledge through spiritual techniques, going to spiritual healing places, studying the spiritual aspect of healing, learning to trust the body and it's signal and to release fears, etc. I went to Brazil and learned about spirit healing by raising the energy through crystals, reading and balancing the chakras, meditation, music, motion and loving the moment. I took courses from Cosme Castento a Hawaiian filipino faith healer from whom I learn a lot about faith healing, chakra balancing, pendulum work, clearing and blessing spaces, meditation work, water cleansing of the body and lots more. I feel so fortunate to have learned and meet so many talented teachers.
I have been to Dr. Joe Dispenza's week long events where I learned deeper aspects of love and creating life in the moment and future. Plus I continue to take courses at Ramtha's School of Enlightenment which is the school where Dr. Joe Dispenza studied and taught for years. What you think matters more than you think!
