About me
I started my journey into the holistic healing arts when medical treatment failed to help me in 2001. After getting a diagnosis of Lyme Disease and Chronic Fatigue 1999(before they were classified as auto immune ailments like they are nowadays) with huge list of symptoms from physical to neurological to emotional my doctor ended up starting me on an extensive treatment of two antibiotics which I did for a year and half. I did over a hundred hyperbaric treatments. I never felt normal only had some had occasional better days. It was after the last round on hyperbaric that I came to the conclusion the advice from my doctor was not helpful at all for me and that if I want to live a lively life again I need to go outside the box of conventional medicine and check into more natural alternative health methods. Which I did and healed. From there I became inspired to work with others who may find themselves at a loss as what to do to heal themselves when all else fails. Everything I offer is what I used to help myself heal and continue to stay healthy because it works!!!

My Trainings and Certifications
From 1982 - 1986 I took college courses focusing on the human body and how it works like biology, chemistry, human anatomy and physiology. I excelled in anything to do with digestion and assimilation and the chemistry it produces. My goal was to become a registered dietitian, but my path was blessed with the birth of my children. They became my focus not going to college for a career.
1986 - present I have taken numerous courses and have certifications in Nutritional food healing therapies. From Low fat/High Carb plant based(high raw and/or cooked) to carnivore Zero Carb, and pretty much everything in between for an extensive amounts of time to see for myself what seems helpful and what doesn't. I have learned an extensive amount of information. If you have questions please ask I may be able to help.
1996 Started training in the Martial Arts with a Korean martial art called Kuk Sool Won and then Kuk Sul Do which I finally achieved a black belt in 2006. I also studied arnis, tae kon do, grappling, short and long stick, sword and numchucks. I learned about moving energy to prevent harm and to cause harm, with emphasis on preventing combative situations. Our grandmaster would teach us healing techniques.
1999 I learned Medical Qigong The Primordial. A gentle and very effective routine that brings energy into the body. Heals blockages and brings strength to the body, mind and spirit. I also learned the basics of Tui na which is a form of bodywork from China which works directly with the life force energy of the body often call “chi”. It’s bodywork similar to qigong. I learned from the late Dr. Bingkum Hu in Berkeley, CA.

I began my learning and became certified in Sundo a Taoist meditation practice. I also began implementing their unique system of Sasang a Korean system of understanding the energetics of foods and how it best suits certain body types.
2002 - 2003 I trained and became certified in The Bowen Technique from Australia as they called it back then. A couple of years later I got certified in the Advanced trainings offered directly by Ossie and Elaine Reutish, the couple who knew and trained under Tom Bowen. I continued with refresher modules and advanced modules. I also included expanded my Bowen training by learning from Ron Weaver would worked with Milton Albrecht, the first person to learn and bring Bowen Therapy to United States in Neveda City, CA.
2003 I trained and received certification in Swedish massage, reflexology, acupressure, and deep tissue. I trained at Chico Therapy Wellness and Massage School headed by Mike Metzger. The school is now closed unfortunately.
2003 - 2004 I trained and became certified in traditional Usui Reiki. I trained under the late Bejay Moore and the late Jan Wright in Chico, CA.
Throughout the years I have completed many advanced and refresher courses in Bowen Therapy, Energy work and Reiki. reiki master holistic health bowen therapist
