Cancellation Policy:
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but I kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients in need of our services.
- Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice: No charge.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice: A fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged if the appointment is not refilled by therapist or client.
Payment Policy:
Payment for services is due at time of service. We accept cash and electronic payment methods like PayPal or Venmo, no card payments due to increases in fees.
Health History Intake Form: Before your first session, you will be required to complete a Health History Intake Form. This form helps me understand your health background and any specific concerns or conditions you may have. All information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for personalized treatment.
Inappropriate Behavior Policy:
Respect and professionalism are essential in my office. Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexual advances, lewd comments, or any form of harassment, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. In the event of such behavior:
- The session will be immediately terminated.
- The client will be asked to leave the premises.
- Law enforcement may be notified if necessary.
My top priority is to provide a safe, comfortable, and calming environment for all clients. Please adhere to these policies to ensure a positive experience for yourself and others.
Late Arrival Policy: I understand that unforeseen delays can happen, but please be aware that arriving late may result in a shorter session to accommodate our next client's appointment.
Hygiene and Health Precautions:
For the safety and comfort of both clients and therapists, we ask that you maintain good personal hygiene and health. If you are feeling unwell, have a contagious illness, or have any skin conditions or open wounds, please reschedule your appointment for a later date.
Feedback and Communication:Your feedback is important to us. During your session, if you have any concerns, questions, or specific requests related to your session, please feel free to communicate them with me. I am here to ensure you have the best possible experience.
